Captain’s Landing wishes to provide our customers with the merchandise, product knowledge, and high level of service necessary for an enjoyable experience with us. Our standard store policies are listed within this section, but if you do not find the answers to your questions please contact us and let us know how we may assist you.
Order Processing
OUR GOAL IS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER IN AS TIMELY A FASHION AS POSSIBLE
We will strive to process your order in a timely fashion. Due to the unique and limited availability of our merchandise and sometimes unanticipated demand, occasionally certain items may be temporarily unavailable; in this case you will be notified as to when your order will become available and ready for shipment.
Please also realize that in some instances, orders will be "drop shipped" to you directly from our vendors. If this is the case, you may receive multiple shipments from us and from our vendors in order to complete your order. Your credit card will not be billed until we have confirmation that your order is available.
(Weekend orders will be processed within 48 hours starting on the following Monday)
Alterations
ALL ALTERATIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE
We offer complimentary basic alteration service for the following:

For your security, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank account.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Captain’s Landing stands 100% behind the merchandise we sell, but if you are unsatisfied with any purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange on merchandise returned within 60 days from the purchase date with the original receipt. Only unaltered and unwashed items with tags attached in resalable condition will be considered for return or exchange.
Please Note: We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is deemed resalable.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please ship the returned/exchanged merchandise and a copy of the original receipt sent with your order along with a detailed explanation for the reason of the return and what it is you would like us to do, to the following address postage paid:

Shipping
SHIPPING POLICY
Captain’s Landing offers the following shipping options for delivery within the 50 continental states.
Shipping methods are via UPS and/or Fed Ex:
- UPS Ground Service - delivery within 5-7 business days
- UPS of FedEx 2nd Day Air - delivery within 2 business days
- FedEx Overnight Delivery - delivery within 1 business day
SHIPPING CHARGES
- UPS Ground Flat Rate: $7.95 (applies to the 48 contiguous US states, extra charges apply for deliveries to HI & AK)
- UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air Delivery: $24.95
- FedEx Overnight Delivery: $38.50
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship the majority of our international shipments via the US Postal Service. International shipping charges will be added to your total once we have contacted you regarding the type of service you would like to choose from (found below). Customer assumes all duty and customs charges.
Int'l First Class Mail: $12.95 Flat Rate (1-3 items)
- 4 to 6 day delivery without delivery tracking
- customer assumes the risk of a lost shipment, although this is a very reliable and cost effective form of shipping
Int'l Priority Mail: $29.95 Flat Rate (1-3 items)
- 3 to 5 day delivery with delivery tracking
note: for both forms of int'l shipping, package weight cannot exceed 4 lbs.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- For shipping to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses please contact us.
- No weekend delivery
