If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team right away so we can file a carrier claim and expedite a replacement.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 10am–3pm EST.
- Orders placed after 3pm EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
- Same-Day Shipping: Items marked "Same-Day Shipping" will only ship the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on a weekend will ship the next business day.
- If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you right away with an updated delivery estimate.

- Orders over $120 — Free
- Orders under $120 — $8.95
- Delivery in 3–7 business days from ship date (does not guarantee same-day shipment upon order receipt)
UPS 2-Day Delivery
- Price calculated at checkout
- Delivery within 2 business days of ship date
- Orders placed after 3:00pm EST Monday–Friday, or on weekends, will ship the next business day and arrive within 2 business days from that ship date
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
UPS Overnight Delivery
- Call us at 866-463-1643 to arrange overnight delivery
International Shipping
FedEx International Economy
- Delivery generally within 2–5 business days (may vary by location)
- Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for the carrier's website. (Not applicable to drop-shipped items.)
