Returns and Exchanges

Captain's Landing stands 100% behind the merchandise we sell, but if you are unsatisfied with any purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange on merchandise returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a copy of the original receipt. Only unworn (ie new), unaltered and unwashed items with tags attached in original condition will be considered for return or exchange.

If your order was sent to you via Drop Shipment from one of our select vendors and you need to return it, please send it back directly to us at the address below. Orders returned to our vendors will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

  • Allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange
  • We reserve the right to mail larger refunds back in the form of a check
  • PayPal and Amazon Pay refunds will be applied directly back to their respective platforms
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless merchandise returned is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.)

Please ship the returned merchandise, a copy of the original receipt sent with your order and an explanation of the reason for the return to the following address postage paid:
