Captain's Landing stands 100% behind the merchandise we sell, but if you are unsatisfied with any purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange on merchandise returned within 30 days from the purchase date through our easy to use return portal.

• Only unworn, unaltered and unwashed items with tags attached in original condition will be considered for exchange/return.
• Allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your exchange/return
• We reserve the right to mail larger refunds back to you in the form of a check
• To utilize our Free Returns option you must purchase the coverage at the time your order is placed.
• All returns must be initiated through our returns portal or by calling us directly. We will not reimburse shipping costs paid directly to a carrier.
• If you did not purchase return coverage, you can still utilize our return portal. A return label will be provided at the customers cost.
