Captain's Landing stands 100% behind our merchandise. If you're unsatisfied with any purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange on items returned within 30 days of the purchase date through our Return and Exchange Portal.

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our return portal or by calling us directly. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments created outside of our return portal, and we do not reimburse shipping costs paid directly to a carrier.
  
  
• If you did not purchase return coverage at time of checkout, you can still use our return portal and  a return label will be provided at your own cost.
  
  
• Only unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags attached and in original condition will be considered for exchange or return.
  
  
• Free return shipping is available only if purchased as coverage at the time of your original order.
  
  
• Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return once it ships.
  
  
• Larger refunds may be issued as a mailed check at our discretion.
