"I was visiting Venice from Michigan in mid March and bought a shirt. Since I live in MI I did not waer in until close to May. First wear the seam on the sleeve came undone. I called the store and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Sent me a return label and replacement shirt. That is customer service Next time I am in Venice, maybe next week I will be stopping back in to say thanks again."
